Well ….. Where do we start ?? Its been a while now so our memory may have faded a little. It may sound like the start of a joke, but there was a Polish, Australian & Italian who came together for a love of all things food and coffee to give you Spargo’s Café + Bar. We have been part of the Westfield Marion Entertainment Complex since 1997 and to this day, we still have the same love for food and coffee, although there seems to be a lot more eating.

Food has changed quite considerably in the last 15 years and we like to think we have changed with it. We understand that everyone is different, from Almond or Zymil milk with your coffee to Gluten Free Pizza or Pasta. We will always do our best to cater for your needs and if you don’t see it on the menu, just ask. If we can make it, we will !!

We love to support our state and local community. With Coffee roasted locally by Brasilla Coffee and fresh produce from our local supplier at Franco’s Fruit & Veg, we believe in supporting as much as we can in SA. Even our wines are all SA born and bread !!! With a focus on healthy eating and healthy options we haven’t let the sweet tooth pass us by with a huge range of Gluten Free, Raw Vegan & Refined Sugar Free Cakes home made by our very talented local pasty chefs. You wont feel guilty eating them !!

So whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, before or after a movie, a quite coffee or time a celebrate a birthday, come in and say hello. We are always here and always happy to help.

No matter how busy we all get at times, at some point in the day, food and coffee will bring us together.
